There is not a ‘one size fits all’ approach to engaging with employers and marketing the services of your organisation – the needs and capacity of a business employing 30 people will be different from one employing 200. It is unlikely that using one method in isolation will convince an employer to immediately start recruiting.

Using a combination of engagement methods will mean that employers will develop an accurate and comprehensive picture of the services you provide and will help you build a working relationship with them.
